Notice of fund closure – Atrium Global Equities Mandate No. 1

This note provides an overview of recent changes to the Atrium Global Equities Mandate No. 1 (the Fund).

The Atrium Global Equities Mandate No. 1 has now been terminated, effective 12 July 2024.

It is now closed to all new and additional application requests, as well as any new redemption requests.
