Andrew has been working in the wealth management and financial advice industry for over 30 years, having started his career with Prudential in 1992 as an adviser. During his 30 year career he has had a number of roles including as the National BDM for JPMorgan Asset Management, Head of NSW Adviser Services and then Head of Business Development at AMP, the CEO of ASX listed MMC Contrarian, and the CEO of Select Asset Management. Following this, Andrew co-founded Winston Capital Partners in 2012, which was sold to ASX listed Pinnacle in 2021, having raised over 1.5bn in AUM over that time, including representing Coolabah Capital, CFM, Primewest, Monash Investors, Epsilon Direct Lending, Realside and Keyview. The firm specialised in private market and alternative strategies primarily used by financial advisers, family offices and multi asset portfolio managers. Following this, Andrew consulted to a number of firms including assisting Perpetual with their go to market distribution strategy, following the Pendal acquisition.
Andrew has an MBA (Executive) from the ASGM, is graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has also completed his Diploma in Financial Planning. Andrew was also the past President of the Sydney University Conservatorium of Music Foundation, an Adjunct lecturer in Marketing with the AGSM, Director of WA based Cycling Development Foundation and has been involved in numerous charitable events focused on youth mental health within at risk indigenous communities and other regional centres in WA, mainly through cycling and cycling related programs. Andrew also served on the Board of Advice for Sydney based IFA, Profile Financial Services, and was an original member of the Goals Based Adviser Association.
Tony Edwards is the Chief Investment Officer and an Executive Director of Atrium Investment Management. Tony joined Atrium in 2012 and has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Prior to joining Atrium, Tony spent over six years at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with responsibility for the Core Australian Equities Fund and the Concentrated Australian Large Caps Fund during his tenure. Tony’s experience prior to this includes domestic and international equity research roles covering a diverse range of industries with Colonial First State Global Asset Management, BT Funds Management and Merrill Lynch.
Cheryl is an internationally experienced professional, who has worked in the United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia and Australia. Cheryl joined Fitzpatricks in 2019, originally as Group Financial Controller, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and became the Group Chief Financial Officer, COO, Investments in 2024. Prior to joining Fitzpatricks, she spent a decade at Flight Centre Travel Group in a number of senior leadership roles including General Manager Finance, Global Corporate, and CFO Middle East and India. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant.
